The Johnson Team, LLC is your premier home inspector and inspection services company who has over 25 years experience in the inspection industry. We have completed many different types of inspections and are confident in our ability to provide you with superior customer service.

During our inspections, every aspect of the property is inspected including exterior grounds, all structural, electrical, air conditioning system (HVAC), and plumbing. Once we have concluded our work, you will receive a comprehensive report stating our findings. We supply quality reports with full detailed descriptions and color photos leaving you with all of your questions answered.

Additionally, we also offer, air quality sampling, mold analysis, and Radon testing with package pricing to our Full Comprehensive Home Inspection Clients. This will make discounted immediate mold and radon inspection services available to our clients in one appointment eliminating the need to work with multiple specialists. 

We offer special rates and services to Real Estate Investors and Rehabbers.

Qualifications

The owner Darrel Johnson has 30+ years of experience in the construction trade with a concentration on fabrication, welding and home improvements. He has 15+ years of experience in real estate investing and rehabbing. Additionally, he is licensed and certified by the state of Maryland and, a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and the Maryland Association of Home Inspectors (MAHI).
